Carding
The can leaves carrying nothing.
Nothing on it records the count, the weight, or which card filled it. The only register is somebody's memory.
The intelligence layer for the spinning floor — from the bale to the cone.
Every can, every bobbin, every spindle is holding information about the yarn you are about to sell. The machine builders automate the machine. We instrument everything that moves between them.
Scroll — bale to cone
The gap
Every machine below is doing its job properly. All seven gaps sit in the space between them, which is nobody’s department.
Drag the floor sideways — carding is on the left, the cone on the right
Carding
Nothing on it records the count, the weight, or which card filled it. The only register is somebody's memory.
Finisher draw frame
It leaves in a can that looks like every other. The wrap reel finds it after the material is already spun.
Creel and delivery
A missing feed can stops the machine. Afterwards it is recorded as a stop, not as a can that was late.
Batch change
Which cans came off, which went on, when the old count cleared. Reconstructed from memory, if at all.
Speed frame
A doff replaces a whole creel at once, and nothing on any bobbin says which can made it.
Ring frame
The decision travels to a machine station and back. The spindle that broke is never asked.
Winding
The clearer cuts. The cop came straight across the link, so nobody ever recorded where it came from.
What they have in common
The machines are instrumented. The material moving between them is not. That is where your quality, your waste and your audit trail live.
Three products, one chain
Twenty-four seconds
Hand-pushed, hybrid, or handled by machines — the same cans, the same platform, and your choice of how they move. Robots are integration-ready; we work with fleet vendors rather than building them.
